Speedrun 75 challenge
rules. must complete all daily, weekly, and monthly activities. failure of any activity = restarting the 75 days. no exceptions.
Daily
- Read minimum of 10 pages
- Commit 1 feature to github (any project)
- complete the exercise plan for that day (1 or 2 workouts depending on the day)
- follow diet (0 processed sugar + .8g protein per lb bodyweight)
- daily accountability tweet
- 0 algorithmic content consumption. (no youtube instagram or x)
- using readwise reader to preselect and consume allowed content is allowed
- no porn
- no alcohol (exception if chilling w/ a 10 but no more than 4 drinks / week)
