Having another dev working on the project is huge. I can spend 2 hours of planning / delegating for 20+ hours of development work to get done.
I need to find a customer support agent I can actually rely on. Churn is killing us right now and not having a support agent who can actually resolve problems is not helping.
Moving notes closeout to the beginning of the day has helped with my consistency on that front but I still need to rebuild my schedule. In the new schedule, I also need to give time for 1+ hour of intense shallow work. basically just knocking out as many of the low value tasks that just need to get done as I can.
I hired a chef which has also ben a game changer. has been great to have to make less decisions and to not ever have to go to the store

Net worth is slightly behind linear trajectory(to be expected) but still growing at a reasonable pace. I need to work on launching another SaaS soon but in order to do that I need to be able to delegate more from Drippi. The biggest time suck right now is support so that needs to be a priority.
I am going to try to kill 3 birds with one stone in a sense - start working on a new internal tool that will help us with customer support and success:
- helps to reduce churn
- I will have to hire someone to use the tool
- will test out if this has legs to become a product
I've noticed that my progress in the gym has slowed down a bit - I am going to put together a new program that goes back to what I was doing at planet fitness in Vermont, Jeff's program kinda sucks cock. Maybe would be good to read the 4hr body
