Did not execute on my plan/desire to increase workout efficiency - Next book I should read is the 4hr body I want to focus on both optimizing the way that I feel and making my workouts as efficient as possible.
I have been doing more to prioritize sleep but I need to schedule it out and make a more conscious effort should be easier now that I have actually defined a protocol: [[Sleep Protocol]]
The last 2 weeks of getting Vadym onboarded took a slight toll on my deep work totals for the last 2 weeks. I need to move back into the habit of blocking all distractions during these sessions. I also thing my Deep work intensity as been lacking a bit during the past week
New Idea to try in notebook for this week. In weekly planning session I will write down 1-3 business goals and 1-3 personal goals for that week. Then each morning I will copy those goals back into that days notebook to make sure my actions are aligned with my weekly goals. I should try to make these goals quantitative whenever possible
