Coming to the conclusion that the long term risks of this are not worth it. I need to try to focus on getting more high leverage work done and creating systems, not just getting more work done myself. I am back to a solid deep work capacity after changing locations (this always rugs me) and is the main reason for the loss of my habits around tracking, writing, morning protocol, porn relapse, ect... I think I need to find a way to just be in one location. the good habits always come back eventually and I am slowly moving back towards where I was when i left Bariloche, but it appears to be a huge setback every time I change locations. It will be incredibly important for me to try to stay diligent when I move to CO next month. I also need to factor this into my plans for the next 6 months and beyond - it will be the best for my health, productivity, and business if I am not constantly moving around. Another thing i noticed about this, is that while my work productivity does suffer when i change locations, the biggest sacrifice is to my habits. the work still gets done but the habits often fall away Gonna try the copying goals over to my notebook each day again - that immediately fell away last time because I stopped doing this weekly review I saw good early progress for my weight gain attempt and I am definitely seeing strength gains in the gym, last week though I was not hitting my macros consistently, and everything seems to fall apart when I go to claires over the weekend. this week I should meal prep lunches + dinners again + need to tap in this weekend to make sure I stay consistent. The new 4hr uninterupted deep work sessions have been working well imo, will continue to try them
